Named activities
When logging activity, give it a name, such as “Biking to work”, and add details. The next time, select this, and the app prefills all the info saving you time and typing.

Do you drink enough water through the day? Track easily and review your water consumption in your insights.

With a couple of clicks you can track daily how well and how much you slept. Optionally add a note for yourself about your sleep.
