The Log4Health public beta is open

Try Log4Health on iOS or Android, use it as lightly or thoroughly as you like, and tell me what works, what gets in your way, and what the app gets wrong.
Log4Health is a health tracker for food, activity, water, sleep and mood. It puts what you record side by side so you can notice patterns over days and weeks – not just count calories.
Food logging starts with ordinary language rather than a long catalogue of branded products, and anything the app detects can be corrected. There is no account to create, and logging works offline apart from free-text food detection.
Is it for you?
The beta is for adults who want an honest record of their everyday health habits – especially if conventional trackers feel too rigid, cluttered or judgmental.
You do not need to be an experienced tracker, and you do not need to log everything.
What I’d like you to do
Use Log4Health in ordinary life for around two weeks. Log as much or as little as is useful to you.
When something feels confusing, cumbersome, inaccurate or simply wrong, use the feedback button on any screen to send it straight to me. An email address is optional and only needed if you’d like a reply.
That’s the useful part of the beta: not perfect tracking, but finding out where the app works well in real use and where it doesn’t.
